On December 18, the 2024 (21st) "World Managers Summit" jointly organized by the World Managers Group and the World Brand Lab opened grandly in Hong Kong, with the theme of "Brand Globalization: Mastering Technological Revolution, Cultural Conflict and Geopolitical Competition". Professor John Deiten from Harvard University, Professor Maria Saenz from MIT, Professor Ziv Kamen from INSEAD, and Professor Sarah King from the University of Hong Kong delivered wonderful speeches and held dialogues and discussions with Chinese entrepreneurs. XCMG was invited to attend the summit and participated in the dialogue and discussion as the only representative of the manufacturing industry.


Various annual lists were grandly announced at the meeting. XCMG won three honors: the 2024 World Top 500 Brands, the China Brand Annual Award for Engineering Machinery No. 1, and the Top Ten Influential Brands of China's Science and Technology Innovation.


XCMG has been the only industry to be selected as the "2024 World Top 500 Brands" for six consecutive years. This year, it has risen by 3 places and ranked 379th on the list.


At the summit, Liu Jiansen, Vice President of XCMG Machinery, participated in the dialogue as the only representative of a Chinese manufacturing company.



At the scene, Liu Jiansen talked about XCMG's overseas expansion in three stages from "going out", "going in" to "going up" in the wave of globalization from the 1990s to the present. This is the only way for XCMG and even the entire Chinese equipment manufacturing brand to enter the world stage.


In the 1990s, XCMG dared to be the first to venture into the world, based on "intelligent manufacturing" and driven by local development, gradually established the global brand image of "ONE XCMG", and realized the transformation from "XCMG looking at the world" to "letting the world see XCMG". By building a "1 + 6 + N" global R&D system and a "1+14+N" international operation system, integrating the global industrial value chain combining "research, production, supply, marketing, service and financing", it wrote a new legendary chapter of China's equipment manufacturing going overseas.



As the "Ivy League" of the global brand community, the research results of the World Brand Lab have become an important basis for the intangible asset evaluation of many companies. It has comprehensively scored more than 8,000 well-known brands in the world and finally launched the world's 500 most influential brands. XCMG has been among them for six consecutive years. As a representative of China's manufacturing industry, it has shown unprecedented vitality and determination in the journey of globalization.


The "China Brand Annual Award" is known as the "China Brand Oscar". This time, XCMG is one of the 35 companies selected for the "China Brand Annual Award" (NO.1) in 2024, and China's leading brand has been authoritatively recognized again.


XCMG has won this award, which was specially launched this year, as one of the top ten influential brands of China's scientific and technological innovation.


In the current situation where the construction machinery industry is in a downward cycle, the "XCMG" brand demonstrates vigorous vitality and vigor. As the earliest Chinese construction machinery brand to go abroad, XCMG has always maintained the first place in the domestic industry and has been ranked first in the world for many years.
